The e-shop operator Adéla Asníková, operating the website Galerie autorské tvorby, Ateliér Asníková Adéla, ID No.: 30107539, with registered office at Luční 656, 431 51 Klášterec nad Ohří, Czech Republic, processes personal data provided by the Buyer for the purpose of fulfilling and additionally confirming the Terms and Conditions, processing electronic orders, executing delivery, settling payments, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period required by special legal regulations.

1. Basic Provisions

1.1. The Personal Data Controller pursuant to Section 5 (o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), is Adéla Asníková, ID No.: 30107539, with registered office at Luční 656, 431 51 Klášterec nad Ohří (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

1.3. Personal data shall mean all information identifying a natural person or legal entity.

2. Sources of Processed Personal Data

2.1. The Controller processes personal data provided with the consent of the Buyer and obtained by the Controller on the basis of the performance of the Purchase Agreement and the processing of an electronic order in the online store Galerie autorské tvorby.

2.2. The Controller processes only the identification and contact details of the Buyer that are necessary for the performance of the Purchase Agreement.

2.3. The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, settlement of payments, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period required by special legal regulations. Personal data will not be published and will not be transferred to other countries.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The Controller processes the Buyer's personal data for the following reasons:

3.1. For the purpose of registration on the website Galerie autorské tvorby pursuant to Section 13 (1) (a) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection;

3.2. For the purpose of processing the Buyer's electronic order (name, address, email, telephone number);

3.3. For the purpose of fulfilling rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller;

3.4. Provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the performance of the purchase agreement. Without providing personal data, the agreement cannot be concluded.

4. Personal Data Retention Period

4.1. The Controller retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller and for a period of 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship (or for 5 years pursuant to the Accounting Act for the retention of accounting documents).

4.2. After the retention period expires, the Controller is obliged to delete the personal data.

5. Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties receiving the Buyer's personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of these subcontractors are unconditionally related to the successful performance of the purchase agreement and electronic order between the Controller and the Buyer.

Subcontractors of the Controller are:

Webnode AG (e-shop platform);

Česká pošta, s.p. (delivery service);

Google Analytics (website analysis).

6. Buyer's Rights

Under the conditions set forth in the Act, the Buyer has the right to:

6.1. Access their personal data;

6.2. Rectify personal data;

6.3. Erase personal data;

6.4. Object to processing;

6.5. Data portability;

6.6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at the email address: Asnikovaadela@seznam.cz;

6.7. File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe their right to personal data protection has been violated.

7. Personal Data Security

7.1. The Controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the Buyer's personal data.

7.2. The Controller has taken technical measures to secure personal data repositories, in particular password-protecting computer access, using antivirus software, and conducting regular computer maintenance.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. By submitting an electronic order on the website Galerie autorské tvorby, the Buyer confirms that they have been made aware of the personal data protection conditions and that they accept them in their entirety.

8.2. The Buyer agrees to these rules by checking the checkbox in the order form.

The Controller is entitled to change these Rules at any time. The Controller is obliged to publish the new version of the Rules on their website.

These Rules shall enter into force on October 5, 2026.
